What information do we collect?
The personal data that you freely and voluntarily provide to Inssoft related to: Personal data: name and surname, telephone number, email address; for which in this privacy notice we obtain your express and written consent to carry out its Processing.
For what purposes do we use your information?
The data and information we collect are used solely for the Velios Platform, which aims to offer a platform oriented to real-time operational monitoring, supervision and control, allowing companies to obtain visibility and tracking of their field execution processes through geolocation tools, operational evidence and personnel control.
The platform assists operations managers in supervising last-mile activities, detecting incidents, managing risks, tracking actions and those responsible, as well as verifying the correct execution of tasks in real time. It also allows generating verifiable evidence, reports and execution reports, facilitating timely decision-making, operational control and strengthening security and field supervision.
Can I deny or revoke my consent to limit the use and disclosure of my personal data?
If you subsequently decide to revoke your consent regarding the processing of your personal data or limit the use of your personal data, you may do so by sending an email stating exactly your name, contact information and the details of the revocation you request to our Personal Data Attention area at the email address: contacto@velios.com.mx and by the same means we will resolve your request and any questions you may have, or go directly to our offices located at Avenida Paseo de la Reforma No.243 Floor 18-1843 Col. Cuauhtémoc C.P. 06500, Cuauhtémoc, in Mexico City.
With whom do we share your information?
Inssoft may transfer your personal data, including your sensitive personal data, only to (i) its subsidiary or affiliated companies under Inssoft's common control, or to its parent or controlling company, or to any company in the same Inssoft group, which operate under the same internal processes and policies; and (ii) to suppliers with whom Inssoft enters into contracts in order to fulfill the purposes described in section 2. Likewise, Inssoft may disclose or allow access to the personal data you provide us, to comply with applicable legislation or at the request of the competent authority.
What security and control measures do we use to protect your personal data?
To carry out the processing of your personal data, Inssoft has implemented a series of actions and mechanisms to establish the management, support and review of information security in general, whether technological, physical or administrative ("Security Measures") to allow the availability, integrity, confidentiality and authorized use of your personal data, which we also require to be complied with by the service providers we hire, in their capacity as processors and third parties as applicable, and even in the case of Inssoft's affiliated and subsidiary companies.

How can you exercise your ARCO rights?
The holders of personal data may exercise their ARCO rights (access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to the processing of their personal data) by sending their request directly to the Personal Data Attention area through the email address: contacto@velios.com.mx Said request must contain at least: (a) name and address or other means to communicate the response to your request; (b) the documents that prove the identity of the holder or, where appropriate, the legal representation; (c) the clear and precise description of the personal data regarding which one of the ARCO rights is requested to be exercised; and (d) any other element that facilitates the location of personal data. Our Personal Data Attention area will issue a written response regarding the requests made by the holders. In compliance with your right of access to information, the personal data regarding which Inssoft carries out processing will be made available, in the cases that proceed, through the issuance of simple copies, magnetic media or by any other technological means, which may only be delivered personally to the holder or to whoever represents their rights, in compliance with the obligation to fully corroborate their identity, established in the Law.
What other means are available to exercise your right to informational self-determination?
Under the terms of the Law, in the absence of an effective and fulfilled response from Inssoft, you may initiate the Rights Protection Procedure before the National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data, within 15 days following the date on which Inssoft responds to your request to exercise your ARCO rights, or in the event that you do not receive any response within 20 days from the receipt of said request by Inssoft.
